St. Louis Trotters vs. Chicago Redline Final Score 109-103 Trotters Win!
It was an evening filled with ups and downs but the Trotters edged out a victory against a tough Chicago Redline Team. Leading most of the evening the Chicago Redline, however, could not contain Marlowe Currie. Currie’s 33pts and clutch game play helped keep the Trotters competitive. Aided by strong plays from Trotters, #8 Tovah Hagens, and #3 Milan Pepper who added 27 pts to the board. It was truly a team victory as #21 Mark Stovall, #15 Jeremy Jackson, and #7 Brandon Goss, dug down deep and pulled out a victory in the late seconds of the game. When asked for comment a rep from the Trotters said, “this win feels good because everyon contributed and defensively Saliou Dioum and Tovah Hagens put the clamps on Chicago defensively!”
The St. Louis Trotters will head to Holland, IL to take on the Holland Dream! The Trotters will return home to play March 22nd at the Mathews Dickey Loynd Gymnasium vs the Springfield Xpress.
