Halftime against the Battle Creek Knights

The Saint Louis Trotters begin the season 1-1 as they faced stiff competition from the Battle Creek Knights (Final Score 106-104 St. Louis) and the 3-Time IBA Champion Kankakee County Soliders (Final Score 110-103 Kankakee Cty).

“The teams we will face in the IBA are going to be a challenge, we already know this. Putting together a competitive team on the floor is our main goal and we feel that we have that and will be contending for the Championship”, says Trotters’ coach Harold Webster.

Saint Louis Trotters’ Season Opener Rundown Record 1-1:

Saturday’s game vs. the Battle Creek Knights started out the weekend opener and it was beyond amazing!  Kendall “Kasper” Boyd Hill’s alley oop dunk brought the 130 attendees to their feet and brought the Trotters within range of overtaking the Battle Creek Knights squad. It was  St. Louis Trotters #7 Mark “Lights Out” Stovall hitting the game winning shot that put the Trotters over the top to pull out the win, making him Saturday’s player of the game.
