We would like to thank the many people who have supported us this season as we take on the best and brightest of the Independent Basketball Association. The road hasn’t been easy and there have been many road blocks. There are many who are excited to hear about our efforts to “Bring the ‘spirit’ of professional basketball back to St. Louis,” and there are some who totally reject the notion of a pro basketball team here at all because they feel it will not be supported. The only response that I can give to the naysayers, is something I heard from one of John F. Kennedy’s famous speeches:

You can very well consider having a successful professional basketball franchise in St. Louis, like going to the moon over 40 years ago. Many people think it is impossible but President and team owner Milan Pepper and Head Coach Harold Webster one day decided that they wanted to go to the moon by making the St. Louis Trotters Professional Basketball Club a reality.
